Customer Reviews
Great value on the bundle
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I picked up a paper map bundle that included an Explorer map and a walking guide. The bundle discount made it a really good price point, much better than buying them separately. I also managed to get free delivery which was a nice bonus. The quality of both items is high, and for what I paid, it felt like excellent value for money. I was happy with how much I saved compared to what I expected to spend on maps.
Solid quality, minor delay
I bought a couple of Explorer maps for a hiking trip. The maps themselves are excellent, very detailed and feel durable. They'll definitely stand up to some rough weather. My only small gripe was the delivery; it took 6 days to reach me in Norwich, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. It wasn't a huge problem as I ordered in advance, but something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, good products and I'd likely buy from them again for future mapping needs.
Quick delivery, good map
Bought a waterproof Explorer map. Arrived fast. Map is clear and durable. Exactly what I needed. No complaints.
Good experience overall
I ordered a Landranger map and an OS Maps digital subscription. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no issues there. The paper map arrived within 4 days, which was quicker than I expected for standard delivery. The map quality is excellent, very clear and robust. The digital subscription redemption was a bit tricky to find at first, but once I located the specific page, it worked fine. I did have a question about downloading maps for offline use, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. Everything was as described, happy with my purchase.
Absolutely brilliant map!
I just received my personalized map and it's incredible! The detail is superb and the quality is top-notch. I love that I could pick my own center point. I will definitely be ordering more for gifts, and for myself, of course! You guys are amazing!

Thinking of getting an OS Maps sub. Is it much better than Komoot or AllTrails for UK hiking?
Does OS do a student discount? Need some maps for my geography course and every little helps.
